By downloading or using Keepr ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Keepr on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play store from which you obtained the app.
The app may offer a free trial period stored on your device only. The trial is not billed through Apple or Google and does not convert automatically into a paid purchase.
All payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not process card payments directly. Refunds are handled according to the store's policies:
You retain ownership of photos and data you add to Keepr. You are responsible for the content you store in the app and for keeping backups of important data.
Keepr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Keepr Premium in the twelve months before the claim.
For apps distributed on the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: Apple Standard EULA.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle data.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
