Keepr ("we", "our") is a wardrobe organizer app. This policy explains what data the app handles and when it leaves your device.
1. Data stored on your device
Most Keepr data stays on your device only:
- Photos you take or select for your items
- Item names, categories, locations, notes, outfits, laundry, and wear history
- App preferences (theme, reminders, app lock settings)
- Exported backup files you choose to save or share
2. Data sent over the internet
Keepr does not require an account. We do not run our own user database for wardrobe content.
If you buy Keepr Premium, limited data is processed so we can unlock paid features:
- Apple App Store / Google Play — payment and purchase validation. Apple or Google processes payment details; we do not receive your card number.
- RevenueCat (RevenueCat Privacy Policy) — purchase receipts, product identifiers, anonymous app user ID, and entitlement status to verify Premium. RevenueCat acts as our purchase infrastructure provider.
3. Data we do not collect for ads or resale
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use advertising SDKs.
- We do not use third-party analytics SDKs in the app (unless added in a future version and reflected in an updated policy).
4. Camera, photos, and app lock
Camera and photo library access are used only when you add or change item photos. Photos are stored in the app's private storage on your device.
Biometric app lock is handled by your operating system. We do not receive or store biometric data.
5. Local free trial
If you start the optional in-app trial, trial timing is stored locally on your device. It is not a store subscription and is not billed through Apple or Google.
6. Children's privacy
Keepr is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your choices
- You can delete app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage.
- Premium purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account. Refunds and purchase history are managed through the store where you bought Premium.
- Use Restore purchases in the app to sync Premium on a new device with the same store account.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
